Position Description

Position is responsible for the nutritional assessment and management of adolescent medicine patients for a variety of nutritional issues that may include: eating disorders, obesity, hypercholesterolemia, weight loss. This position must be competent and experienced with diverse adolescent populations which include the spectrum of racial, sexual orientation and gender identities.

Minimum Qualifications

Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietitian in the State of Missouri. Expertise in eating disorders.

Desired Qualifications

Equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in dietetics or a related field. Registered with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Experience in medical office setting. Experience in pediatric nutrition research, or at least two years of work experience in pediatric clinical dietetics. Experience working with adolescents. Experience working with LGBT+ and gender diverse patients.
