HTI RDs routinely provide nutritional assessment, MDS and care planning: other duties include oversight of dining services including meal rounds and kitchen inspection. Our RD’s are available to provide in-service training to Dining managers and staff. The HTI RD acts as a liaison with other members with health care team to insure high quality nutritional care is delivered through excellent meal services. RD’s assist with policy development and monitor the implementation of effective nutritional care systems.
All consults will occur during normal business hours.
State licensure and CDR required and prefer 2 years of clinical and LTC experience.
Prefer 2 years clinical experience and experience in LTC
CDR and MO License required
