Missouri Diet Manual

The Missouri Diet Manual will be discontinued on
January 1, 2008. The current supply of printed copies of the Missouri Diet Manual has been exhausted and they will not be reprinted. The manual is available to download on the Department of Health and Senior Services web page at http://www.dhss.mo.gov/DietManual until January 2008.
