| Responsibilities: | Must have working knowledge of techniques, theory and practice of dietary seasonal-cycle menus, appropriate dietary modifications, and the ability to work with food committees and provide education for residents, staff and the dietary department. Position requires problem solving, care planning conferences, assessments, strong communication skills and the ability to work with a variety of patients in different developmental life stages. |
