The Dietetics Clinical Dietitian is responsible for development and implementation of nutritional plan of care for in/out patients and capable of providing care to all age groups (infants, pediatric, adolescent, adults and geriatrics) that include; performing comprehensive nutritional assessments, making recommendations, decisions and providing individualized care, education and consultation based in part on specific needs and rights and in accordance with physicians order, facility and departme
a) Bachelor’s or advanced degree from accredited institution with a major in foods and nutrition.
b) May have attended a coordinated undergraduate program in Dietetics or completed a Dietetic Internship approved by the American Dietetic Association.
a.) Registered Dietitian and/or Registered Dietitian eligible.
3. Work Experience
a.) Prefer at least one year experience in a hospital or extended care facility.
